Fastfmt is provided on this disk in a library form in order
to keep the files separate from the others so you can organize
your hard disk better.
In order to use fastfmt you should:
  1) md\fastfmt             create a fastfmt subdirectory
  2) cd\fastfmt
  3) copy a:fastfmt.lbr     move in the fastfmt library
  4) lu a fastfmt.lbr       disperse the files in the fastfmt library
  5) type ff.doc            this file will tell you everything else
                            you need to know.
